Insurance
We ask that you provide us with your dental insurance information BEFORE your appointment. This is so we can provide you with more accurate dental coverage estimates. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We ask each insurance company over 60 questions to help ensure you receive the most comprehensive information regarding your plan. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. In most cases, insurance companies do not cover the full cost of dental services. We will provide you a written quote for all procedures based on the information that your insurance provides to us before starting any work.
Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. Your insurance company is responsible to you and you are responsible to us. As a courtesy to you, we will be happy to file your insurance claims at no additional charge.
