When you arrive for your first visit, please be sure to bring your insurance card with you and any health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out a few forms to help us get acquainted with you.
Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. The doctor will do a comprehensive examination of your teeth, soft tissues and an oral cancer screening. In most cases, a complete series of x-rays will also be taken. After diagnosis, a treatment coordinator will sit down with you to go over any necessary treatment and how your insurance may apply.
