Tracey is our scheduling, treatment, and insurance coordinator all in one. She is happy to help patients with understanding their treatment and answering any questions they may have in addition to scheduling their appointments. She is a trained dental assistant and has knowledge of what is involved during each procedure. Tracey is married and has three kids that keep her very busy with sporting activities. She also enjoys spending time traveling and with friends and family.
Loretta is one of our fantastic dental hygienists; she began with Quest Dental in 2004. She started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant working in specialty offices including endodontics, periodontics and general dentistry. Her goal is to provide each individual client with competent, comprehensive dental hygiene services in a relaxed, caring environment! She is married, has two grown daughters and a handsome grandson. Loretta also enjoys spending time quilting, riding Harleys and traveling.
Nikki is our office manager, which means she wears many hats! She started in dentistry as a dental assistant but moved to the front office after a few years and enjoys helping people change their lives with new smiles. Nikki keeps busy with her husband and two teenage kids. She enjoys traveling, cheering for her home team Oregon Ducks and watching her kids sporting events.
Shelley has been Dr. Quest’s right hand for the past nine years. She has been a dental assistant for 25 years and has worked in specialty offices such as pedodontics, oral surgery and prosthodontics. Shelley enjoys every aspect of dentistry. Shelley has three children and enjoys fishing, camping and socializing.
Stephanie is our newest team member, joining Quest Dental as a dental assistant in the spring of 2014. Stephanie has been an assistant for twenty-three years and loves her job! She has worked in many fields of dentistry including, endodontics, orthodontics and periodontics. She enjoys rafting the McKenzie and Rogue rivers. Stephanie also enjoys watching her son bowl every week.
Tammy is our newest hygienist, joining us fulltime in July 2013. She started working in the dental field in 2009. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and believes educating people in preventive care is the key to optimal dental health. She strives to provide our patients with the best quality care in a warm family-like atmosphere. Tammy was born and raised in a small town in southeast Kansas. She relocated to Oregon in 2007 and is proud to be part of the Eugene community. Newly engaged, she is currently planning a wedding. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, anything involving music and any outdoor activity.
