After years of sugary drinks, Dr. Lassen discovered as a young man that he needed extensive dental work. The first dentist he encountered seemed to care more about the bottom line than anything else. Thankfully, the second dentist he visited went above and beyond to help the young man get the treatment he needed. That experience changed his life and set him on a path to serving people through dentistry.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where he was honored to receive the Dean’s Circle scholarship award and was voted Class President by his peers. He also has a passion for clinical excellence and continuing education. With a passion for staying on the leading edge of dentistry, Dr. Lassen has also completed Fellowships in Periodontics and Orthodontics at the International Academy of Dental Implantology.
He has a long history of humanitarian service in areas such as Ecuador (where he learned to speak Spanish), Guatemala, Detroit, and Washington, D.C.
Dr. Lassen is a lifelong musician and music lover, currently playing in the Riverside Chamber Symphony. He is also happily married to a pianist and outdoorsy nut who summited the South Teton while pregnant with their first son! They have two amazing sons (master Lego builders, hikers, pianists) and a beautiful baby daughter. In addition to loving being with his family, he also finds time to be a Triathlete and Marathoner having completed the Eugene Marathon and the Best in the West Ironman 70.3.

Dr. Drew grew up in the Williamette Valley, so he is passionate about serving and giving back to the Eugene community.
He loves spending time with his wife Emily and their daughter. He also enjoys hiking and is a snowboarding fanatic, hip-hop connoisseur, and a home renovator/handyman with many ‘war stories’ to share.
He began his educational journey by earning a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Lewis and Clark College. Dr. Drew went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Oregon Health Sciences University. After investing five years in community health care, he joined the Quest Dental team. His passion for ongoing education and training has him currently focused on endodontics, digital dentistry, and making treatment comfortable.
Incredible team from the front door to the end of my visits. I was having a TERRIBLE day today and they were kind, sympathetic and did everything they could to accommodate my needs. I even got a juice box! I will forever drive 45 minutes to get to them for my dental appointments. They are worth it!
